Shipping policy

CREATION TIME/ORDER PROCESSING:

All  "9 Lives", “Plain Jane”, “Jelly Beans”, “Glow Baby”, “Send Nudes”, and “Ultimate Reflection” nails are ready to ship within 1-4 business days. Designer sets can take up to 10 business days. These times are estimated and can be changed due to current workload. This time does not include shipping time.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.90 applies to orders shipping to the Continental United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the items, no items can be canceled, returned or refunded. Please be sure to order the right size nails as I do not take responsibility if the wrong sizes are ordered. I strongly suggest ordering a sizing kit or “Ready-To-Use” sets to prevent any sizing issues.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nailedknitter@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
